How to get access to the airport lounge?

Register your payment card
Register your card at www.prioritypass.com/fiobanka or in the Priority Pass app (for Android / iOS).
Registration confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of successful registration and detailed information on how to use the service by e-mail.
Entering the lounge
Upon entry, present your boarding pass and digital card in the app (or your registered physical payment card).

Fast Track Service – do not waste valuable time in queues. Benefit from faster passage through security checkpoints at selected airports.

1x per year free of charge for the cardholder.
Accompanying guests and additional passes are subject to the terms and conditions of individual airports and are available on the website or in the Mastercard Travel Experience app.

How to get the Fast Track service?

Register your payment card
Register your card at www.travelexperiences.mastercard.com by clicking on Sign Up, or in the Mastercard Travel Experience app (for Android / iOS).
Registration confirmation
Once the registration is complete, you will see a confirmation and your Travel Experience Membership Number.
Obtaining a QR code
In the app or on the website, click on the icon, search for the airport and click on Book Now.
Fill in flight details, passenger information and generate your QR code.
Redemption at the airport
Simply scan the generated QR code from your phone at the Fast Track counter.

Payment Card Benefits

Unlimited ATM withdrawals from Fio banka ATMs – free of charge.

Optional insurance – option to arrange travel insurance and card misuse insurance.

How do free withdrawals from other ATMs work?

With each newly issued payment card, you automatically receive a one-time bonus of 2 free withdrawals from other ATMs in the Czech Republic and anywhere in the world.

In addition, if you actively use the payment card and pay with it in shops or on the Internet, you will receive 1 free withdrawal from another ATM usable from the following month for every CZK 4,000 (EUR 160) paid in total with the card and settled in one calendar month. In total, you can use up to 5 free withdrawals from other ATMs each month.
If you do not have any withdrawal from another ATM available at the beginning of the month, we will give you two for free. If you have one at the beginning of the month, we will also credit you with one extra.

Example:
In June, you paid a total of CZK 17,000 with your card in various shops, which entitled you to 4 free withdrawals from other ATMs. However, if you have not yet used the 2 free bonus withdrawals you received when your new card was issued, you will be credited with 3 free withdrawals from other ATMs at the end of the month instead of 4, so that the total number does not exceed 5.

But if for some reason you do not pay with the card and use all your accumulated withdrawals from other ATMs, leaving you with 0 at the beginning of the month, we will give you two free withdrawals. If you have one available, we will give you one more.

Do you want to get a payment card?

The card can be set up for a current account in CZK or EUR currency.
You can have multiple payment cards, even for multiple cardholders who do not need to have their own account with Fio banka.

You can request a payment card at any Fio banka branch or, more conveniently, in Internetbanking or Smartbanking in the +New Product section. First, you choose whether you want a new card for the account owner or for another person, and then you follow the instructions. You will then receive the payment card by mail.
